Regulatory & Funding Notice

GRH is a 501(c)(4) social welfare organization. Our unique legal structure grants our backbone of seasoned professionals the explicit mandate to combine grassroots development with systemic advocacy and bilateral policy reform.

Because we operate as a 501(c)(4), we do not engage in public crowdfunding, and contributions are not deductible as charitable donations for individual federal income tax purposes.

The Types of Funding We Accept

To maintain operational integrity and scale our systemic infrastructure initiatives across the U.S.–Haiti corridor, GRH strictly seeks and accepts the following funding mechanisms:

  • Institutional & Foundation Grants — We fully accommodate Expenditure Responsibility (ER) protocols, providing segregated accounting and rigorous reporting frameworks required for 501(c)(3) private foundations to safely issue grants to a 501(c)(4).
  • Corporate Partnerships & Sponsorships — Capital allocations can be seamlessly structured as strategic corporate investments, business expenses, or Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) contracts that align with your institutional ESG mandates.
  • Bilateral & Green Finance Allocations — Funding directed explicitly toward expert-managed, scalable infrastructure, decentralized renewable energy, and regional public health systems.
